What credit cards do you accept?
We accept payment through PayPal which processes all major credit cards: AmEx, Visa, Mastercard, Discover.

Do you ship products internationally?
We ship internationally. Estimated 'time for delivery' is provided in terms of business days (Monday to Friday, not including major holidays in the United States and Canada) from the time that your order is shipped. Your order will be shipped within one business day of the receipt of your payment.

Internationally (outside of the USA and Canada):

Customers are responsible for any local, regional taxes applicable to the purchase of a book(s). The exception is the GST for Canadian customers; the GST amount is calculated and processed at the time of purchase. International (non-USA/Canada) customers are also responsible for any applicable duties.

How do I submit a request for permission to use an excerpt of the book, any content or artwork produced by The Alcove Quill?
Submit the request to info@thealcovequill.com and include the following information:
- the material in the book you would like to use, including page numbers
- how you intend to use the material
- the geographic regions within which you intend to use the material (e.g. USA, North America, world)
- your name, address, phone number and email address.
If you would like permission to use artwork from an Alcove Quill title, please also include:
- How many people are attending the event
- Whether there is a charge to attend the event
- When you need the artwork
How do I submit a request related to foreign rights or translations of a book?
If you wish to use material from The Alcove Quill in translation or foreign publications, or have any inquiries about reprints, use in other media (including electronic), or public readings, please include:
- Your company's name and address, including country
- The name, email address, and telephone number of the contact person
- The desired language
- The specific sentences from the book

What is the privacy policy of The Alcove Quill?
Your contact information will not be shared with anyone unless prior permission has been obtained.
What information do you collect?
We collect aggregate data such as how many times a certain page is visited, but we will not have any personally identifiable information such as your name and email address unless you provide it to us when you contact us or place an order.
We record search terms which are used to access our website so as to be able to refine our search engine appropriately.
We use "cookies" which eliminates the need for customers to re-enter their contact information when ordering from us a second time. You can turn off cookies by changing your browser's preferences.
We use session cookies to tie your browser to a specific session. You won't be able to order from us online without allowing session cookies.
How will you use my information?
If you place an order, we will use your contact information in the event that we need to reach you regarding your order. We may also send news releases and announcements via email to you. However, if you do not wish to receive any information from us subsequent to placing an order you need only select the 'opt out' option on our website.
