SHIPPING

Within the USA:
United States Postal Service, UPS or FedEx.
Estimated ‘time for delivery’ is provided in terms of business days (Monday to Friday, not including major holidays in the United States and Canada) from the time that your order is shipped. Your order will be shipped within one business day of the receipt of your payment.

Within Canada:
Canada Post, UPS.
Estimated ‘time for delivery’ is provided in terms of business days (Monday to Friday, not including major holidays in the United States and Canada) from the time that your order is shipped. Your order will be shipped within one business day of the receipt of your payment.

Internationally (outside of the USA and Canada):
Canada Post, United States Postal Service, UPS
Estimated ‘time for delivery’ is provided in terms of working business days (Monday to Friday, not including major holidays in the United States and Canada) from the time your order is shipped. Your order will be shipped within one business day of the receipt of your payment.

Customers are responsible for any local, regional taxes applicable to the purchase of a book(s). The exception is the GST for Canadian customers; the GST amount is calculated and processed at the time of purchase. International (non-USA/Canada) customers are also responsible for any duties.
